The practice was originally founded by Dr. Bond and was purchased in December 2022 by Dr. Justin Casares and Dr. Lauren Casares, who continue its legacy. The owners met in veterinary school and married in December 2018. Their mission is to grow God's kingdom by strengthening the human-animal bond, offering personalized, affordable, family-oriented veterinary care to the Brazos Valley community. The veterinary team includes: Dr. Justin Casares (DVM, Co-Owner; TAMU Animal Science 2015, Cum Laude; TAMU CVM 2018; experience in mixed animal and small animal practice; interests: general practice), Dr. Lauren Casares (DVM, Co-Owner; TAMU Animal Science; TAMU CVM 2018; experience in mixed animal, small animal, and ultrasound; interests: general practice, small animal ultrasound), and Dr. Jonathan Weatherman (DVM; TAMU Biomedical Sciences 2021, Summa Cum Laude; TAMU CVM 2026; interests: surgery, preventive care, large animal medicine).
