I-20 Animal Medical Center Vet ER & Wellness is a full-service, 24-hour veterinary hospital located at 5820 W Interstate 20, Arlington, TX 76017, serving Arlington, Kennedale, Mansfield, Forest Hill, and surrounding communities. Founded in 1980 as a small single-doctor practice by a woman at a time when few women were in the field, it opened one of the first 24-hour veterinary facilities in North Texas in 1987. The current state-of-the-art facility opened in October 1997. The hospital is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The emergency department is overseen by the only emergency and critical care residency-trained veterinarian in Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, and the surrounding area. The hospital is AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) accredited, Fear Free Certified, and Cat Friendly Practice certified. Veterinary team includes Medical Director Dr. Cindi Welch; Dr. Bonnie Bloom (Veterinary Dentistry); Dr. Jordan Kraft (Associate Veterinarian); Dr. Megan Billen (Associate Veterinarian / Exotics Specialty); Dr. Jaime Doherty (Associate Veterinarian); Dr. Natalia Krzeszowski (Associate Veterinarian); Dr. Marni Gutman (Associate Veterinarian); Dr. Jordyn Martel (Overnight Veterinarian); and Dr. Teff. Animals accepted: dogs, cats, and exotic pets including ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, and rodents. Services include: wellness exams, vaccinations, spays and neuters, general medicine, emergency and critical care (24/7), ICU and hospitalization, advanced dentistry (teeth cleaning, extractions, crowns, root canals, orthodontics, periodontal treatments, oral cancer treatments), diagnostic services (digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory), surgery, holistic and therapy services, boarding, exotic pet care, travel certificates, laser surgery, microchipping, and an in-house pharmacy. New clients receive $25 off their first visit. Same-day and next-day appointments available. Online pharmacy via Vetcove. The clinic also operates a Good Samaritan Fund supporting community outreach programs.
