Located at 6125 Sherry Lane in the Preston Center neighborhood of Dallas, TX, it is proudly the ONLY independent, privately owned, AAHA Accredited, Fear Free Certified, and Cat Friendly Practice in the Park Cities and surrounding neighborhoods. The clinic is owned by Dr. Ashley Warren Priddy, BVMS, MRCVS (British equivalent of DVM), who was raised locally and trained globally — including veterinary school in Scotland and experience at an animal charity in India. Associate veterinarian Dr. Jennifer Parker and newest associate Dr. Dabney Cahill (raised in DFW) round out the doctor team. The clinic is a boutique practice focused on building lifelong relationships with clients and their pets. Services include comprehensive wellness exams, vaccinations, dentistry, digital dental x-rays, digital radiography, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, surgery (including spay/neuter), fear-free handling, same-day urgent care, telehealth/email consultations, pet hotel & spa (boarding), dedicated cat wing (separate from kennels), and prescription diets.
