Founded in 1986 by Dr. Orlando Garza, DVM, with the ultimate goal of providing compassionate, quality care to the El Paso community and surrounding areas. The current facility was built in 2015 and includes a large and comfortable waiting room with a children's play area, 5 treatment rooms, and 2 surgical rooms. EEPAH is now part of United Veterinary Care. The hospital is home to the East El Paso Grooming Parlor for one-stop-shop client convenience, and also offers boarding services with various-sized runs and cages for smaller breeds. EEPAH operates as a walk-in-only clinic. Services include wellness exams, vaccinations, preventative care, spay and neuter, dental wellness, CT scan, digital X-rays, digital ultrasound, endoscopy, laser surgery, laser therapy/treatment, laparoscopic surgery, surgery (soft tissue and orthopedic), laboratory services, digital radiography, microchipping, boarding, grooming (East El Paso Grooming Parlor), exotic animal medicine, emergency and urgent care, cardiology, dermatology, internal medicine, behavioral medicine, pet diagnostics and blood work, acupuncture, On-Call Care telemedicine, and an on-site pharmacy.
