Dr. Worthington is an Abilene native who earned her B.S. from Hardin-Simmons University, and her B.S. and DVM from Texas A&M University. She has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1993 and has been with Judge Ely Animal Hospital since graduating veterinary school. She specializes in small animals, exotics (birds, chinchillas, sugar gliders), and emergency and critical care. The practice serves Abilene, Taylor County, Callahan County, Jones County, Shackelford County, and the ACU area. Services include wellness exams, vaccinations, spay and neuter, dental care (with digital dental X-ray), laser surgery and therapy, general surgery, emergency care (24-hour answering service), microchipping, parasite control, diagnostics (digital radiology, ultrasound), nutritional counseling, behavioral counseling, pharmacy services, euthanasia, and specialist referrals.
