About

GPVet is a veterinary medical centre at 2B/31 Anthony Street, West End, Brisbane, working together with GlamPet pet grooming to serve West End and surrounds. It is a consultation-focused clinic, much like a local GP clinic for people, offering same day vet appointments in a low stress and calm environment, with in-house pathology to aid diagnosis, minor medical support and minor emergency treatment. Specialist visits for imaging such as ultrasound and echocardiography can be arranged, and pets can be referred to specialist facilities or veterinary hospitals when needed. The clinic is led by Head Veterinarian Dr Megan Pitcher (Bachelor of Veterinary Science First Class Honours, University of Queensland) with over 25 years of small animal experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. The team also includes Dr Shauna Quinn (dental and general veterinary services) and Head Groomer Amanda. In-home vet consults are available, and appointments can be booked online through the client portal.
