Arlington Heights Animal Hospital (AHAH) is a family-owned, AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal veterinary hospital located at 1712 Montgomery Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107, proudly serving the Arlington Heights, Cultural District, Downtown Fort Worth, Ridglea, Ridgmar, Rivercrest, Westover Hills, and Westworth Village areas. Founded in 1980 by Dr. Billy B. Davis, DVM (Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine, 1977), who opened the original location in a little house on Tremont Ave. In 2008, Dr. Billy's son Dr. James R. Davis (Texas A&M University, DVM 2008) joined the practice. In November 2013, Dr. Billy and Dr. Jimmy together opened the current location at 1712 Montgomery St. Dr. Billy retired in December 2016 — Dr. Jimmy now leads the practice. Current veterinary team: Dr. James R. Davis (Owner), Dr. Erin Boss, Dr. Lauren Fletcher-Walker, Dr. Chelsea Dunnehoo, and Dr. Miller Young. Practice Manager is Brandi Marin (with AHAH since 2003; office manager since 2006). Retreat Manager is Jared Rodriguez. The hospital treats dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, and small mammals/exotics. AHAH also operates The Retreat — an on-site pet resort featuring The Retreat Spa (grooming), Dog Daycare (Doggie Play Care), and Boarding (Retreat Cottages and Rooms). Hospital affiliations include AAHA, AVMA, Humane Society of North Texas, Feral Friends, and Don't Forget to Feed Me. After-hours emergency referrals to VEG Camp Bowie (veg.com/lp/camp-bowie).
