About

Bay Vets Runaway Bay is an independently owned integrative and holistic veterinary clinic on the Gold Coast, founded by Principal Vet Dr Ivor Javen, who has nearly three decades of integrative veterinary care since graduating from UQ in 1997. The clinic blends conventional medicine with natural therapies, treating the whole pet rather than just the symptom. Services range from consultations, vaccinations and desexing to dental, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, digital X-ray, ultrasound and in-house pathology, plus acupuncture, herbal medicine and photo-biomodulation. Same-day appointments are available during opening hours, and after-hours emergencies are referred to SASH on (07) 5584 7300. Online booking is available.
