The Vet On Broadway (TVOB) opened its doors on January 1, 2024, as the third clinic in the Vets of East Texas family, co-founded by Dr. Erica Dumeyer and Dr. Robert Gribble. Dr. Dumeyer began as an associate veterinarian at The Vet On Fourth in 2018 before realizing her dream of co-owning a Tyler clinic by 2023. The Broadway location is the only urgent pet care facility in Tyler, Texas, seeing both routine wellness and urgent care appointments every day of the week, with DVM hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The clinic features advanced technology including an in-house diagnostic lab, Samsung ultrasound, CO2 surgical laser, surgical suite, dental suite, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, an oxygen kennel, a Class 4 therapy laser, and an underwater treadmill for rehabilitation. Services span wellness and vaccinations, nutrition and weight management, diagnostics, dentistry and oral surgery, laser therapy, spay/neuter, emergency care, end-of-life care, allergies and dermatology, surgery, and physical therapy/rehabilitation. The clinic is working toward AAHA accreditation to match its sister clinics.
