The clinic was designed by MG2 Architecture Corporation and built out between June–October 2024 (cost: $373,500). Key design features include LED lighting (no harsh fluorescent frequencies), high-traction floors, a proprietary calming scent called 'Chewy Blue,' and a treat bar to reduce pet stress. Dr. Benjamin Carter DVM serves as Chief Medical Officer of Chewy Vet Care nationally. Services include wellness exams, vaccinations, sick/urgent care, same-day walk-ins, complex surgery, dental care (professional cleanings), and preventive care for dogs and cats.
